A super cute mini biscuit skirt
A very cute biscuit skirt from Sweet Mildred. Bought at Rufflecon a few year ago. Worn maybe twice? The two little navy ribbons didn't come with the skirt but I added them on when I got it since they match so well.
This skirt is in great condition.
Best fit: 28-29 inch waist
I will lint roll the hell out of it but it might be a tad dusty from being storage for so long.
