Hello,
I've only wore this dress once for a small convention for a few hours, the zipper is a bit stiff  ( still working )but it was already stiff when i bought it from the store.
There are no flaws or stains on the dress, it's in very good/almost new condition.
The bows on the dress and waisties are detachable

Bust 88
Waist 68
Length 72 + 4 cm frill

With the shirring the dress becomes a little bit bigger:
Bust 91 cm
Waist 75 cm

I also wore the socks on this convention they have small stains from skin glue they are almost not visible while wearing the socks. The glue was supposed to turn colorless but it stayed yellow so that’s why there are little yellow stains on it. You can see it on the pictures!
