Bought at rufflecon two years. The elastic in the waist was shot & it was missing the waist ties and front bow. I sent to to truely darling for repairs. It now fits a 26-28 inch waist perfectly. She also made new waist ties and a bow for the front. I wore it once, and other than the repairs it in perfect shape. Comes with 2 matching pairs of socks in black and purple. Both pairs worn a few times.
