Coat came to me very used. The fur is not in the best condition, but could easily be recovered with some synthetic bristle cleaner and softener (I personally have used makeup brush cleaners on heavily damaged fur and tangled wigs for decent recovery results).
Please note that I do have dogs, so even though I will clean items before shipping please be aware allergens may linger
