hello! these are new without tag. I am sold out of black, but have white or ivory pairs.  you will get one pair of wristcuffs, just let me know the color you would like when you buy :)  these come with a cute gold rabbit charm, but this could easily be removed with a pair of scissors if you would prefer them plain.
