Bought new from AP international when it was released (this is from the 2nd release). I have worn it a handful of times and the buttons on the straps have been moved down to make the straps longer. Please see pictures.

This set is in the chocomint colorway and includes the JSK & matching headbow.

Bust: 92~114cm
Waist: 81~104cm
Length: 85cm + 3cm of lace

NOTE: In the photo of the strap, the part that looks discolored is not; it is actually where the button was before I moved it down (the button pushed the velvet in different directions). Both straps are like this. The buttons could easily be moved back to their original positions if one so wished.
