I believe this is from the brand sweet addiction (which I think is now called Adorable)
It's a really well made JSK and I actually have a couple of dresses from this indie brand but
they have all been in the L-XL size. I think this one might be a size M.
It fits me at an 84'' waist but it was tight on my 115cm bust but it was wearable. I would recommend maybe 110 bust and under to fit comfortably.
It's fully lined and had ruffles at the bottom.
