Beautiful OP dress from Metamorphose, 2008. The dress comes with the front ribbon tie and the waist ties, but the detachable sleeves are missing (this is how I received it). It does have a bit more give than the lolibrary listing states due to the panel of shirring at the back, but I would recommend being not too far away from those measurements.
