This is a ruffled blouse from the Taobao brand SUSIN. The material is decently thick and well suited for autumn/winter, and it's overall a very elegant piece that I could see pairing well with a lot of different styles.

I have worn it once for try on, never outside. I've removed the tags but it is otherwise in the condition I recieved it. The stitching of the buttonholes is honestly kind of messy. The bow at the neck is not removable, but it can be tied and untied. There is lacing in the back to cinch in the waist if needed. It's also a little wrinkled, but can be ironed out.
