Uncommonly sweet skirt from surfacespell, I mostly know them to do gothic pieces. Love the polka dot details and the crystals, it is in great shape! No flaws or damages that I noticed.
Sizing is on the petite side; I would estimate no more than a 28”/74 cm waist will be comfortable. I can provide flat measurements upon request. Thanks for looking!
