This is an older skirt from Surface Spell. I think I bought it in 2010 or 2011.

Sizing: Surface Spell size M. There is some give due to the partial shirring on the waistband. (Pictured)
It is wrinkled from storage and there is minor damage as one of the bows has started coming off on the side, but this is easily fixed with a bit of thread and completely unoticable when worn. There are spare buttons on the side of the skirt.

I've been incredibly busy this week and unable to measure anything. There's shirring so it's hard to measure accurately but I would say around 70cm
