Regarding shipping: 1. I am based in the USA and generally do not ship overseas; however, I will occasionally ship to a serious buyer located outside of the USA. PM me to find out if I can ship to your location and how much it would cost. 2. All packages are sent through USPS. For convenience, my shipping prices are estimates and I usually charge the buyer a little under what I end up paying when I post. However, if I charge you $5 or more over what I pay, I will refund you the difference through PayPal. 3. I generally ship items via the cheapest (tracked) method. If you would like a shipping upgrade, PM me before buying. 4. I try my best to package items safely and send in a timely fashion, but I am not responsible for any issues that occur once the package has been shipped.
