Gothic plus size altered jsk

I bought this secondhand, it’s a surface spell skirt that the previous owner had converted into a plus size jsk. Very professionally done! The fabric is a bit thicker and heavy, but cottony. Has all the gems on the skirt, no snags on embroidery.
