I had this hat custom made for me by Surface Spell but I don't find myself wearing it very much! The purple bead on the front is a pin to keep the hat on the mannequin.

Every piece of the decoration is removable:

The feathers with shiny flatback rhinestone in black (rooster and ostrich)
The bow train
Every rose in black and grey

Only the lace is permanently fixed on the hat. There is also alligator clips and a hair comb to secure it to your hair or wig. The hat base is made out of wool and has a wire brim so it can be shaped to your desire!
