I received this skirt not too long ago and although it is BEAUTIFUL, I found it too long for my taste ;_; I am 5'3" tall for reference. I have dry-cleaned it and only tried it on once, it has not been worn out. I rate its condition a 9/10. Thanks for your question ^^ I think it would do best with a 29-30" minimum as there's some corseting at the back of the waistband of this skirt :) Though it MAY go smaller to a 28"
