Like New navy Surface Spell JSK! The embroidery is so much prettier in person!!
I bought it straight from Surface Spell via a shopping service; I'm the first owner. I have worn it maybe 2-3 times for a few hours each time. It's a size Small, and the max measurments are actually pretty forgiving and it should be able to fit a Medium with no problem. The embroidery is so much prettier in person! Max measurements: Bust: 37 inches

My default for continental US shipping is via USPS Priority (normally about $6 for small accessories and $13 for skts/jsks/ops/larger items). If you would like a different mode of shipment you need to let me know BEFORE I invoice.
