hello1 I m the one who won the dress! :) I was wondering if I could ask you a few questions.
does it take 1-2 weeks for it to ship or 1-2 weeks for it to get here?
and also I a unable to use paypal and I was wondering if there is any other way I could pay for it? I do have the money I'm just unable to use paypal. so if you could help by answering these I would really appreciate it :) respond when you can
