This black blouse is new and I'm selling because my 40cm shoulders don't fit.

This can go up to 105cm in the bust and 90cm in the waist. The shoulder width is about 34cm and the puffy sleeves allow for a slightly wider shoulder. The lightweight fabric and loose cut is great for warm weather. The ruffles, grosgrain ribbon ties, and detachable brooch are very pretty.

Hi, I updated the listing with 3 more photos and the shoulder width. It will not fit my 40cm shoulders. To be safe I would say shoulders in the 36-37cm range should fit.
