Surface Spell blouse
Size M - B 86 (but can go up to ~95), W 66.
New, only tried on briefly by me with an undershirt. A bit wrinkled from shipping/storage at my SS, but otherwise perfect condition. This is a size M, but sadly the chest area is waaaaay too large on my 85cm bust :( I would recommend a bust of at least 88cm if you plan to wear this with no jsk over it. (it still looks fine under a jsk, but I was planning on wearing this with a skirt) It can go quite large; up to about 95cm. If you are busty but also have a ~66cm or smaller waist, this blouse will be great for you. It comes with a detachable dragon charm.

I'd like to ask if the waist fixed at 66? Is there any stretch to the fabric? Thanks. =)

Hi, sadly there isn't any shirring or stretch to the fabric at the waist area. It can't really go much larger than maybe 67cm, but that would definitely be pushing the comfort zone.
