This petticoat is sipper puffy and has an elastic waist so it can fit from 20 inches (50cm) and up to 40 inches (about 100 cm) but it would be a little tight at that point. The length is about 16 inches (42cm) but can be longer or shorter by pulling it up or down.
This petti works super well for both A-line dresses and bell dresses, all you need to do is twist the band a bit!
