I sold all my navy dresses so it's time for this magnificent creature to go as well. It seems I just don't wear navy :(  

First pic is over a cupcake petti, second pic is over an A-line petti, and third pic is underskirt alone.  60cm from waist to hem.

New with tags. has some some poof built-in (organza ruffles on the lining towards the bottom) so you won't wind up with a sad underskirt that changes angle below the level where your petticoat stops, if your petticoat is significantly shorter than your underskirt.

In the first pic (over the cupcake petti), the petticoat stops midway through the third ruffle from the top on the underskirt, but the underskirt still looks nice and full. In the second pic (A-line petti), the petticoat is a couple inches shorter than the underskirt.  Would be excellent (and probably gigantic) over a cage crinoline. 

Non-smoking household with cats. Will be lint rolled prior to shipping.
