Closest cleaning! This piece is all handmade in Italy by an indie brand, Tomoyo Atelier. All you need is a blouse and this is a full coordinate. I absolutely love this skirt but I don't feel suited to wearing pastel colors. The suspenders are fully detachable and it's full back shirring so it can stay up on its own. There is a minor stain on the inside of the waist but you can't see it when you're wearing it (see last photo). It has deep pockets too!
