Hello ! How much would be tracked shipping to France please ? Is this blouse custom-sized or was it the standard size ?

Hello :) Shipping to France would be 15€. I gave my custom measurements, but they are very close to the size 1. As far as I remember, it's just the body and sleeves that are longer.
