Hello! Yes the button that the over the shoulder strap attaches to on the back of the jsk has popped off completely and is lost, so right now it is being held together by a safety pin poked through the holes where the button had been sewn on, there are no rips in the fabric. A photo showing this has been added

Hello! I dont' have an exact amount as the HelloLace page does not list any measurements. However, if you want to PM me some measurements you're hoping it will fit I can see if it will fit that! I am about a 34-36inch or so bust and it fits perfectly with room to spare, there is some back shirring.
