Sugary Carnival Skirt (Re-release)
The tulle lace has a carousel pattern. The waist ribbon brooch, and the back ribbon are detachable. The skirt has an elastic waistband.

Waist: 63~73cm Condition: Very Good. (I've worn this only twice.)
