Sugary Carnival skirt from the original 2009 release!
The waist is 63-73cm according to lolibary, but that upper range is a bit iffy, may waist is about 70cm and sometimes it was tight. Its 46cm long with 3.5cm of lace!
It's in pretty good condition aside from some minor stains I've been mostly able to remove (the light ones on the boarder of the print), a small black dot stain, and some fading. It's less punchy then more recent releases but it's still super pretty!
