In okay condition. Missing head-bow. I own a cat. Payment plans welcome!

I've owned this dress for almost 4 years now and unfortunately I just don't wear it very often anymore so I would like to send it to a good home where someone will wear it like I used to back when I got it. The jewelry is included as well as the socks. However while the jewelry is in good condition (minus the faded stars on the necklace) the socks are unfortunately stained on the bottom and there's little spots around the bottom of the socks. I accidentally stepped in a puddle and tried washing the dirt but I couldn't get the spots out. The dress itself is in good condition and I've taken very good care of it so there are no blemishes on the dress from what I could find while ironing it. 

Lolibrary measurements:
Bust: ~88cm (~35inches), Waist: ~68cm (~27inches), and Length: 84.5cm + 3.5cm lace (88cm total) (35 inches). I'm 5'1" (155cm) and this is perfectly knee length on me. 

Please keep in mind I do own a cat! And I do take payment plans for this bundle as it is a lot of money (there is a $100 down payment though!).
