Trying to transition from OTT for a more elegant sweet style

Condition
Bought second hand. I have worn it only once. Previous owner modify it to fit a larger bust but I hired a proffesional seamstress to get it to original partial shirring.
I did an inspection and only found tiny threads here and there but no stains or damages visible.

I own a dog but it's not allowed to approach my wardrobe
