Sugar Bouquet shirring OP 2004 + KC (2008?)
Please be advised that this is an old piece, while I have done as much as I can to restore and maintain the dress there are still damages that are above my ability or risked further damage. While this is a shirred OP I would heavily recommend it for no more than the average US L size. The shoulders can be especially tight.
