Sweet Babydoll Collar White Lolita Blouse

Plus size white BTSSB-style blouse from Strawberry Witch. I got it "altered" by MyLolitaDress when I bought it, and it turns out that it's too large for me. I suspect they just re-made the blouse with fabric they had on hand, which I'm pretty miffed about. Still a pretty blouse though. I have included the measurements below as well as the original listing on MyLolitaDress.
Blouse has several black stains on the chiffon that were there when I got it back from the "tailoring" process. I've included closeups of those.
