This small bow was made by a seller at a convention whose name I cannot recall. It's about 3.5 x 2 in., easily fitting into the palm of one's hand. An alligator-style hair clip comes attached to the back of it. The white of the bow is a tad dingy, but putting it through the wash will be enough to freshen it up.
