Hi! Do you think the waist could fit any larger than 66 cm?

Hi there, thank you for your interest. I'm sitting at about a 25.5 in waist and it's a bit big on me. I would say it could fit a little larger, but with the skirt having no shirring I wouldn't push it much past a 27. On me, it sits comfortably just below my belly button which measures about 27in or so. (I just prefer the look of skirts at my natural waistline : x)
