The shoulder straps have no stretch at all, elastic needs to be replaced, or pin/sew them shorter to fit. The shirring of the bodice is completely intact, not stretched out at all! Plus size friendly, very comfortable cotton. Max. stretch is about 125 cm bust/waist, but for the most shirring-y look I think a bust/waist around 115 or less would work best!
