New with tags. Never worn, only tried on. In a smoke free household with dogs (not allowed near dress). Size is XL, I no longer have the measurements but it fits like the bust is 96cm or less. The fabric has a shimmery/glitter look, and it has pearl button closure sleeves. Non-detachable waist ties. No stains or wear, but the fabric is a bit wrinkly.
