Just recently got this beautiful dress but it fits a little too tight for me, so I'll let it go again (with a heavy heart). I just tried it on at home.
I'm the third owner, the first and second owner didn't wear it often apparently as it's in very good shape. I couldn't find any flaws. As you can see I pulled out the back lacing but it can easliy be replaced since I still have it as shown on the last photo.
Measurements according to lolibrary are:
Bust ~85 to 98 cm but it fits pretty tight with only 94 cm - not recommended! 
Waist ~64 to 81 cm, a little more will work here but 87 cm is maximum and pretty tight. Keep that in mind.
Length ~93 cm (short version)

I'm also willing (and would even prefer) to trade this dress for Royal library high waist JSK same colourway (would consider red colorway too) by Innocent World but only within Germany.
