As a seller, I am not responsible for lost packages. All of my packages will have insurance and tracking included in shipping costs. I apologize for the shipping costs. Canada Post is incredibly expensive. I do try my best to keep the weight of package low, but at the same time I do want to be sure that everything inside is well protected.
All items are from a smoke free home. I do have a cat, but she is kept away from my items. All items will be cleaned to the best of my ability before being sent out.
