I am the second owner, but I have only tried this dress on once. It doesn't suit me. It's a Size M and includes the detachable star clips, waist ties, but no headbow.

Hi there! If you don't mind me asking, how would you describe the feel of the material?

I'm not the best at describing these things -- Lolibrary says it's cotton twill, and it feels a lot like cotton. If you've had cotton bedsheets, it feels similar? It's not particularly soft, but not scratchy at all either. It's about as soft as you'd expect cotton to be. The lining is taffeta and quite soft.
