Star Hemline Skirt
Single Layer Paillette Star Hemline Petticoat by Boguta
While this skirt is labeled as a petticoat it is extremely low poof so if you want a look like the shop photo you would need a petticoat underneath it. I personally would consider it an underskirt or a stand alone skirt.
This skirt has 3 layers with 2 outer chiffon layers and a liner. The liner is where the hanging stars are attached. The outermost layer has the star and dot sequins/paillettes and the 2nd layer does not.
It comes with a golden ribbon that can be worn at the waist with the belt loops seen in the last photo.

The waistband with the ruffle is 5 cm and is not included in the above lengths.
