A warm, sturdy OP from Chinese indie brand Star Fantasy. It can also be unbuttoned and worn as a coat :) Bought secondhand from someone who never wore it, and I only tried it on once as it didn't fit me. Very cute crochet detailing in the cuffs, collar, and hem. Comes with two matching detachable bows (pictured). The sailor collar is not included.
