Some measurements are of the garment laid flat on the ground. However, please note that these inspections are conducted by an amateur eye and there is always the possibility that I have missed some minor flaws. ♦ ADDITIONAL FEES: I am not responsible for any fees associated with customs. All invoices through Paypal will be in US Dollars. ♦ SHIPPING TIME: Items usually ship within 5 business days of payment. However, when I am busy, it may take up to one week for me to process your shipment. If you are at all concerned about receiving an item by a given date, please contact me for an estimated shipping time before bidding/buying. ♦ INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Items can be shipped internationally (outside of the U.S.A.). Generally I will offer two options for shipping: Priority Mail and First-Class Mail. Priority Mail generally costs $25 to $60, arrives within 3-7 days, and comes with tracking + insurance. First-Class Mail generally costs $15 to $30, arrives within 2-3 weeks, and includes NO tracking or insurance. Please note that if you select First-Class Mail as your shipping option, I accept NO responsibility for lost or damaged packages.
