Hello, tinapye! The waist size of the Soufflesong skirt is 26-33in/66-82cm and the overall length of the skirt is 21in/53cm. The corset itself is underbust and is adjustable but has the capacity to reduce the waist size to 18". I have a 60cm/23.5in waist line and I tend to only pull it to a 22in and it's comfortable there. XD As for the shipping cost, a Pack and Track which takes 3-10 business days and has tracking information costs $26, which I highly recommend. If you're in a hurry, however, Express Post is 2-4 business days and tracking but is $48 (pretty expensive, I think)

Hello, Dorcha! The waist measurements on the skirt is 26-32.5in so it can definitely fit a waist measurement of 25in! My waist is 24 and it fits fine. As for shipping costs, it would be $22 (5-7 business days + tracking)
