Soufflesong Magic Night Museum JSK + Lady Sloth blouse set [plus size]
I actually really like this dress a lot, it's one of Soufflesong's better quality prints, but I haven't worn it out anywhere since before the pandemic and now it no longer fits.
These are rough estimates; I actually think the bust can go about 5cm beyond this listed maximum. The back shirring is pretty generous.
