When I received this dress, it had grey stains on the collar, which looked like they were made during the manufacturing process. The stains are only noticeable close up.
The first two close-up pictures of the collar are the stains on the back of the collar, and the third is on the underside.
There does not appear to be any issues with the dress itself, and the collar and the waist ties are removable.
