Hello,
Thanks for reaching out! I have taken these measurements flat on the dress:
From shoulder seam to shoulder seam - 14.5 inches, but the sleeves are poofy!
Bust: 16 inches across
Waist: 14 inches acoss
For reference, my measurements for bust and waist are 36 and 27 and this OP is loose and comfortable on me.
I'm afraid I cannot find the original measurements from Souffle Song for this piece.
