I am the second owner of this JSK. Here are notes from the original owner: dress was sold as an OP but it is really just a JSK with more of a sleeve on the shoulders. I do not know the original style name and I cannot find it on lolibrary but I believe it was something like “Starry Sky OP”.  

I would call this dress loved but cared for, it is not new and has been through the washing machine, but the sparkles have held up very well. I only cold wash gentle cycle and line dry indoors. Very comfy fabric as well as comfy shirring. It is very stretchy.  

**THERE IS SLIGHT DISCOLORATION UNDER ARMS, BUT I HAVE NOT TRIED TO WASH** I personally only worn it twice, It really is gorgeous but I think it would fit someone shorter than me better.  I am 5'5'' .

Waist:80-100cm

Length from top of shoulder to hem:97cm
