Souffle Song / Neverland Flower Choosing Girl high waist skirt
I'm the first owner and have worn it three times.
It has it's age though, I bought it in 2014.
Now, as for the size (S), the shop I bought it from said the waist is 66-82cm. However, the original manufacturer says it's 58-70 cm.
I measured it myself and I'd say the manufacturers measurements are more accurate but not entirely right. I measured 76 cm fully stretched.
So: WAIST UP TO AROUND 76 CM MAX. Length: 62cm.
The bow on the front is removable.
Due to the fabric, there are some pulls around the button holes. Pic 5 is on the outside and pic 6 on the inside. Of course, the inside won't be visible when worn and the pulls on the outside luckily aren't as visible, especially with the buttons done up.
Then there's also slight damage on the embroidery on the high waist in the back. (pic 7)
The damages are reflected in the price. When I bought it all these years ago, the skirt was around 80€.
I own a cat. He doesn't come near my dresses but be aware if you have allergies.

IMPORTANT: in Germany, most businesses are closed on Sundays. That includes the post office. The post office in my town is only open in the morning on Tuesday and Saturday and that's when I'm at work. This means I can only ship packages on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
An example for shipping charges: Shipping to the US/Canada/Australia/New Zealand with insurance and tracking starts at 16€, the same shipping to EU member countries starts at 9€. Shipping to Germany starts at 4€.
