This dress says Souffle Song on the tag, but I cannot find this JSK anywhere. I can find this print, but not this cut. I bought it from someone in my comm, and I have reason to believe it is altered from its original form. That said, it's comfortable to wear and the colors are vibrant. I've added a worn photo as evidence, as well as a stock photo of the right print, but wrong cut. 

Worn twice. One or two pulls in the fabric but nothing noticeable when worn. Shirring in the back. I can take some more photos and send them upon request.

Flat measurements taken by me:
Bust: 14 in (36 cm)
Waist: 12.5 in (32 cm)
Disclaimer: It MUST be larger than that because my bust is over 100cm. And while this is snug, it still fits. Do with that information what you will. 

Comes from a house with cats, but they do not have access to my wardrobe. I will remove what hair I can that may be on it before shipping.
