I only wore this skirt once. The construction isn’t impeccable, there are some loose thread ends ( I cut most of them off but there could be more) but the elastic waist band feels very strong and the lace is pretty nice..

I bought it to use as an underskirt because I’m a tall lolita, but since most of my skirts are already a bit long this one wasn’t quite long enough to do it for me 😅

Fits 60cm-90cm waist, but it’s better to be about 80cm> in my opinion or it’ll feel pretty tight.

it’s listed as a petticoat but it really just has some tulle underneath that does give a bit of volume but I wouldn’t call it much of a petticoat. If you’re only looking for a bit of volume it could work for you. But it makes a great under skirt.
