Bust is at least 115cm, but the original listing on Souffle Song says up to 120. I can confidently say it fits comfortably at a 115 bust, it just doesn't look good on me...

Waist is more or less free because of the extremely high empire cut!

Comes with a damaged bow. I took the bow apart to modify the dress but it didn't work out, I'll send out the leftover fabric with the bow to whoever buys it.
