I tried the ice water freezer trick on the heels because I have wider feet and it didn't really do a whole lot but it did do a tiny bit.
I would not recommend these for wide feet.
There is a minor scuff on the outside of the left heel and some black markings on the insides of the heels from the black otk I was wearing.
Color is more like the images I took but can look like the stock photo in bright lighting
